Annalise Dum

North America Sustainable Building Practices Lead, JLL

Annalise Dum is a leader in sustainable real estate, driving JLL’s North American ESG sales efforts and championing the WELL movement. As a Senior Sustainability Project Manager, she leads building certification initiatives and provides strategic guidance to help clients align their commercial real estate portfolios with their broader business objectives, overseeing 100+ projects and 16 million+ square feet of certified space. Her expertise has led to projects earning top certifications, including LEED, WELL Health-Safety Rating, Fitwel, ENERGYSTAR, and WELL.

Tracy Backus

Tracy Backus has spent over 25 years at Teknion championing sustainability, workplace well-being and the connection between the built environment and human health. A WELL AP, WELL Faculty, and former Director of Sustainable Programs, she has been a driving force in WELL and LEED strategies, educating industry leaders and shaping a more sustainable future. Her passion for strategic thinking, environmental advocacy and healthy design has left a lasting impact, making her a deserving recipient of the first ever WELL Legacy Award.

Educator of the year

Christhina Candido

Professor and Director of Sustainable and Healthy Environments Lab, University of Melbourne

Since 2014, Christina's groundbreaking research has made her the most highly cited academic worldwide in the Work Environment–Wellbeing–Case Study category on SciVal. She pioneered and leads the world’s first Graduate Diploma focused on WELL and has spearheaded the most comprehensive research study on WELL to date. As a leader in the field, she also drives one of the most prominent approved WELL surveys, shaping the future of workplace well-being.
